Girls Empowerment Mastery Sessions (GEMS) mission is to empower girls to gain wholeness by "finding their voice" in every aspect of life - socially, mentally, spiritually, financially and physically.

Young girls, ages 9-12, experience overwhelming changes as they transition into adolescence. We provide a community of women leaders to teach, guide and encourage girls to take lead in their own lives through interactive workshops. GEMS invites speakers and community facilitators to immerse the girls in our four pillars:

 

 

Topics

The Girls Empowerment Mastery Sessions is a 6-month program where girls, ages 9-12, meet once a month to discuss the following:
✔️Power-posing techniques
✔️Using and taking advantage of technology as a tool, not as a distraction
✔️Identifying healthy vs. toxic friendship
✔️Financial literacy
✔️Communication and goal-setting skills
✔️Resiliency skills to cope better with stress, fear, anxiety, or loss
✔️Cultivating a sense of self-worth and confidence
✔️Promoting positive body image
